1 cup coconut water or coconut milk
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon agave (optional)
2 level teaspoons Matcha (green tea powder)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 large handfuls spinach
1 large kiwi
3 small frozen bananas, chopped
Add ingredients into your blender, in the above order. Once blended smooth, pour into two bowls. Top with crushed nuts, granola, and/or coconut flakes (try toasting them in the oven or on the stove until fragrant and lightly browned for extra flavor). Makes two servings.
